Liz Kyger - Two New Missouri State Records!
Congrats to Liz for breaking the Missouri W50 1500m (5:50) and 800m (2:54.8) State Records on Saturday with her victories at the Missouri Senior Games in Columbia. She completed her weekend with a victory in the 5k on Saturday and a 3rd place in the 10k on Sunday morning.
